We started the company in 2004 and our online research
panel in 2005.
Unlike most other research companies Buzz Channel is run by
business people who have been long time users of research. This
leads to a practical approach, a desire to simplify and focus, and
to move quickly to meet client needs.
Our aim is to answer the critical questions without delay,
complexity, or unnecessary cost.
One of the founders, Mary Vance has extensive experience in
strategic marketing with global brand companies. The second
founder, Nick Macdonald is a leading online technology designer and
developer. It is the combination of their skills and
experience, and the in-house
designed technology that has lead to our streamlined
service, specifically structured to inform business decision
making.
Buzz Channel is now attracting clients from around the world,
and operate surveys in many different languages. However, New
Zealand remains our development hub, operational centre, and
home.
